Cleaner (Social Housing) - Liverpool

£16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) | 39 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued social housing client for an experienced Cleaner to join their team in Liverpool.



The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a range of residential buildings, ensuring safe and hygienic environments for tenants.



Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of communal areas including hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities
  • Working across multiple sites/buildings
  • General cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cleaner is essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
