- Competitive OTE of £60,000+ achievable through performance excellence
- Basic salary of £14,000
- Company car and retail discount scheme
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm (with one day off every other week), and Saturdays from 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Closed Sundays to support a healthy work-life balance
- Established dealership with a supportive team culture
- Selling both new and used cars to prospective customers
- Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maximising finance, insurance, and warranty opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Working towards and exceeding dealership sales targets
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the vehicle range
- Assisting with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Managing administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth sales transactions
- A minimum of 5 years' automotive sales experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
- Proven ability to upsell and maximise finance and insurance sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy sales team
- Full driving licence is essential
