Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding to a high standard on a range of components
• Work from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
• Prepare, assemble, and weld components accurately
• Carry out visual inspections to ensure weld quality and finish
• Support general fabrication and workshop duties where required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a fabrication or heavy engineering environment
• Knowledge of additional welding processes (TIG or MMA)
• Experience working to tight tolerances or coded welding standards
